STEP ONE
Get in contact with us to obtain all of the information including detailed; floorplans, siteplans, specifications, chattel list
STEP TWO
Make your choice regarding which townhouse you would like to secure and purchase and receive a sale and purchase agreement for review
STEP THREE
The Sale and Purchase agreement is signed, and the deposit is paid (typically 10% purchase price), which is kept secure until settlement
STEP FOUR
Once the build is completed, you then pay the balance of the purchase price and receive the keys to your new home
