3 townhouses
Double bedrooms
Internal access garage
Designed to limit the consequences of liquefaction and reduce damage to the foundations, soils are stripped down and replaced with compacted gravel; a process overseen and signed off by an engineer.
Creating warm, dry, healthy homes is a given. We go above and beyond the building code requirements by using an R3.6 ceiling batt with an R2.2 ceiling blanket on top.
GIB® Intertenancy Barrier Systems are designed to provide an NZBC compliant intertenancy wall between medium density dwellings. The lightweight systems consist of a double timber or steel frame with a 25mm thick plasterboard barrier (GIB Barrierline®) in the cavity between the two frames.
For increased structural bracing for a strong, safe, weathertight building, all properties include a rigid air barrier to prevent airflow from the exterior or the cavity into the building.
To ensure our buildings last as long as possible, we shy away from high risk design elements such as internal gutters and flat rooves.
Carefully selected for its proximity to the fast developing, exciting new city centre, our development at 128 Packe Street in Edgeware is convenient to the CBD’s growing number of restaurants, bars, and cafes.
Our three townhouses here are the vision of award-winning architect, Mitchell Coll, and have been designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind. Like all our homes, these will be built to high construction specifications, be low-maintenance and very attractive.
This development is complete with titles expected first week in December.
